This fix applies to users that is getting the following error message when trying to install a printer:
Ensure that your Windows OS is up-to-date by running Windows Update, including all Cumulative Updates and Optional Updates.
Instructions on how to run Windows Updates.
Try installing the printers again after the reboot.

Ensure that the following conditions have been met:
- You are connected to the eduroam network.
- PaperCut is running
- The size of your print job is appropriate for the paper. For example, if the paper's maximum size is 36in then that would also be the maximum length of one side of your print job.
- You are printing files from Adobe Acrobat.
- Uncheck "choose paper source by PDF page size"
- Flatten layers in Adobe Photoshop and optimize files in Adobe Illustrator.
- For Plotter1, ensure to select "Short Edge First" and double-check custom page size.

- Select file to print.
- Select Plotter2 or Plotter3
- Select Printer.
- Click Yes if the dialog windows pops up.
- Select Margins/Layout from the drop-down menu.
- Select Clip Contents by Margins in the Print with Margins drop-down list.
- Print your file.
- Select file to print.
