School of Architecture students receive $150 to replenish their PaperCut accounts every semester.
Once depleted, students are responsible for the cost of any further printing until the start of the next semester.
Please make a note that the amount used to replenish a PaperCut account balance is subtracted from the student's account at the end of the semester. Any remaining fund is not refunded at the end of the semester nor upon graduation.

- Log in with your NetID and password.
- Click on the Add Print Funds tab and select the amount to add.
- Again, make a note that the amount used to replenish a PaperCut balance is subtracted from the student's account at the end of the semester. Any remaining fund is not refunded upon graduation.

- Click on the Recent Print Jobs tab and click on request refund for the job you wish refund on.

A refund request will be approved for the following criteria:
- File never printed.
- File was cancelled at the device prior to printing.
- Colors are incorrect due to printer malfunction.
- Paper is damaged before printing.
- Any printer hardware error that prevented printing.
Your refund request will be denied for any of the following reasons:
- File was printed in wrong orientation, rotation, crop or size.
- Duplicate prints by mistake.
- The wrong paper type was specified in the printer preferences.
- Prints were sent to the wrong printer.
- Any remaining PaperCut funds are not refunded at the end of the semester nor upon graduation.
